End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Fully Synced Lukso Node

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and NodeConnect for the software product identified above, which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Fully Synced Lukso Node"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Fully Synced Lukso Node, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly uninstall the Fully Synced Lukso Node and discontinue its use.

LICENSE TERMS:

1. License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, NodeConnect grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Fully Synced Lukso Node.

2. Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Fully Synced Lukso Node, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Ownership: NodeConnect retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Fully Synced Lukso Node, including all copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

4. Usage Fees: The use of the Fully Synced Lukso Node may be subject to usage fees as specified by NodeConnect. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in the termination of the license.

5. Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Fully Synced Lukso Node is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event will NodeConnect be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the Fully Synced Lukso Node.

8. Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

By installing or using the Fully Synced Lukso Node, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
